The City of New York knew they would have a law suit on their hands after several of their police officers apparently suffocated Eric Garner, while trying to arrest him for selling cigarettes on the street.
The window of Garner has now officially rejected the City's offer of $ 5, saying it is not enough to repay the grief the family has suffered.
