A Benicia family was declared missing after their cabin in El Dorado County was destroyed by a fire last month.
Once authorities identified three bodies inside, it became a homicide investigation. Then yesterday, the 16-year-old son was arrested and charged with the alleged murder of his mother, father and younger brother.
