UPDATE at 6:50 AM: Hwy 12 is now open and clear.
October 12, 2015 at 6:15 AM: Hwy 12 is partially blocked due to a structure fire at Sunrise Street in Lodi.
Use extra caution if headed in that direction as emergency vehicles are working to extinguish the fire.
