October 1, 2015 at 8 AM: Several CHP units are still at the scene of a vehicle vs pedestrian collision on Walker Lane just off Hwy 4, near
Hwy 99 in Stockton.
Emergency personnel administered CPR, but were unable to revive the juvenile and authorities declared the victim dead at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing into the cause of the collision.
