For example, one member of the pubic has asked if the people can RECALL Sheriff Kuntz even though he has passed, so that an election can be held.
We asked County Counsel, who is checking state law and speaking with our Elections Department to see if this is possible. Why are these three TEA POTTY

Well, now that Macedo has come out with the truth about what Kuntz did while in office, a recall does have some legitimacy. He loved the "wierdos"???
For nearly 5 yeaars now, macedo has tried to make Kuntz look good, even tho he knew Kuntz was bad. how much time did he actually spend drinking and entertaining "wierdos' in his office, anywy?
The people of this county elected a Sheriff. The people need to elect another Sheriff, now. If not the board could hold a election to advise them as to the people's choice for an appointed Sheriff. An appointed Sheriff becomes an at will Sheriff to the bos. Election! or they all go to the BULL PEN!

You're right! Kuntz could even have turned over a new leaf when he got re-elected, but no-he could not. loved the creeps more than the honest hardworkers.
Personally, I think that screwy guy in district 3 is trying to get himself into sheriff. can you believe it? it pays a lot better that supe. he's a total screwball. look who he hangs out with, just like Kuntz did.
