UPDATE: The fire is now under control. The resident was 'educated' and apparently not cited.
November 7, 2015 at 11:55 AM: Cal Fire is responding to a call about an out-of-control burn on Hwy 4 at Howard Court in Avery.
Burning is still not allowed at all, so even an in control control-burn is not allowed. The resident could be fined.
