A man who was pretending to be a priest and making money by selling phony tickets to see the Pope, has been arrested in Los Angeles.
He is charged with filing false .marriage licenses,
selling CD's, altogether 22 felony charges according to LA PD.
He had been pretending to be a priest in Stockton for awhile last year, where he sold phony pilgrimages to NY to see the Pope.
