Finally made public

We asked Metzger whose
land this work is being
performed on. Are these
people volunteers as had
been publicized.

   This morning we received a press release from Joel Metzger of CCWD that they have donated $ 5000 to Calaveras Grown for spreading hay on certain properties
in the Butte Fire area.

   There had been complaints that Calaveras Grown publicly stated they were doing these things without taking any money and were challenged by several people.

     It turns out these people were correct. CCWD now admits giving them money.  We just asked whose land they were spreading hay on and if it is only Calaveras Grown members? We will let you know when and IF we hear back from Metzger.
