doctor how to spell his name (twice) when I was written right
in front of him just to try and insult him! Oliveira District 3?

Supervisor Oliveira insulted Dr. Estoesta by asking how his name was spelled. This is not normally done by supervisors. Not only was this disrespectful and unusual, but it was also either bogus or ignorant. The good doctor's name was right in front of Oliveira in the staff report. Either he didn't read it or he was deliberately insulting and disparaging the doctor. Thanks for noticing this, Sierra Sentinel.
