UPDATE: CHP is assisting with traffic control.
August 6, 2016 at 1 PM: A fire has been reported at Hwy 49 and Rawhide Road in the Jamestown area.
Rawhide Road and the Shell Station have been shut down. Air is responding to drop retardant in addition to several engine crews. Avoid the area, as cars are causing blockages to fire personnel.
