August 6, 2016 at 6 AM: CHP is still at the scene of a 1:45 AM traffic collision at Albers Road and Kemper Road outside Oakdale.
Two people were transported to Doctors Medical Center with major injuries. Lines were down in the roadway. CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
