Three candidates have pulled papers to run for District 5 Supervisor in the Recall election of Steve Kearney, well-known and despised as the ASS-PHALT loving and Tea Potty Supervisor.
Robert Bowerman, Bruce Giudici and Clyde Clapp have all registered at the Calaveras County Elections office in San Andreas.
