On May 23, 2017 the Calaveras Sheriff arrested Eric Scott Schroeder (29) of Valley Springs at his residence on Evans Road. Reports of gunshots and a loud vehicle in the area were responded to by deputies.
Schroeder was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Cultivating more than 6 marijuana plants, Possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams, Resisting arrest, all misdemeanors and for Violation of Parole, a felony.
