The Agricultural Commissioner from Calaveras County spoke to the Calaveras Supervisors to explain what is happening at the State of California regarding Cannabis.
Supervisor Mills believes that Cannabis is called a drug in California. The Ag Commissioner told him that California NOW recognizes Cannabis as an Agricultural product. Mills seemed surprised!! He's just not very bright, unfortunately and does NOT have the residents best interests in his mind.
