We do not believe a word of what District 1 Supervisor Tofanelli stated at the May 30, 2017 Study Session about Mills and staff.
In fact, it seems clear that Tofanelli knew exactly what Mills was going to say and Clapp simply agreed with Mills. Tofanelli tried to deny knowing, but we believe there is Brown Act violations ongoing between those three!!!
