The Judge has declared a mistrial after the Jury came back a 2nd time to tell him they were deadlocked in the Cosby case.
The Judge had lectured them and sent them back to deliberate longer after the first time they tried to tell him they could not reach a decision. Will the prosecutor attempt to retry the 79 year old Bill Cosby?
