A member of the public from Murphys got up to say he grew up here and there has always been BOOZE, even as a child, tobacco, and when he was at Bret Harte, pot.
He said there is no getting rid of it, the state has legalized it and tourists come here to spend money and wonder what the heck is going on. Problems with the marijuana farmers are CIVIL issues, not criminal!! We need the money for schools and to support our law enforcement.
