Richard Cullen, a private attorney in DC, has been retained by Vice-President Mike Pence due to the new investigation into Obstruction of Justice and Abuse of Power by Trump.
Special Counsel Meuller is questioning all those close to Trump and Pence was forced to get a lawyer to defend him.
