WHAT A WASTE!!!
Although Supervisor Clapp and Oliveira tried to get a motion on the November ballot, no one would 2nd any motion and so after all this time,
NOTHING happened.
All of this is put off now; ballot measure to remove ban or not to ban, will be decided after th November election.
It is likely that Oliveira, Mills and Clapp will be gone from this Board in Calaveras come January 2019.

Chuck Schumer from New York just introduced a bill to decriminalize marijuana by removing it from schedule 1 for good. Calaveras is once again full of behind the time's extremists. These board member must be removed
