UPDATE: This fire is about 5 acres at this time and around 100 yards from the
roadway. CHP is attempting to keep Hwy 4 open.
CHP is blocking Hwy 4 at Cabbage Patch due to a vegetation fire in the area.
We don't have other details at this point.
