A Silver Alert has been issued for Shannon David Scott (65) of Wilseyville, who has been missing since August 29, 2018 when he left his home on Blagen Boulevard for a VA appointment in Rancho Cordova.
Scott is wheelchair dependent and his car has a large Marine Corp sticker on the rear window and CA Purple Heart license plate.
