Hemp cultivation on Calaveras Supervisor agenda

Hemp is the stalk of the cannabis
plant, used for many products!
The final item on the March 12, 2019 Calaveras Supervisor agenda is a moratorium on harvesting hemp.

This is likely Mill's idea, since he is an extremist and starts shaking every time someone mentions cannabis or hemp.

Healy is a typical ultra conservative so if he ruled in favor of this it really shows how poorly run this county is. They tossed so much income away from residents and the county by implementing the ban. Hopefully the current board will move forward with state regs so people especially ones who lost their home in the fires can grow and make a living. Without a good way to make money, there will be no families who stay and the county will transform into a retirement area void of any children or real potential. The trickle down from the ban is so evident. Grocery stores, labor for construction and all other ancillary business is dropping off the grid. The county has to find 16,000,000 to repay what they stole.
