The contractor working on the Reach 1 pipeline project for CCWD has broken a pipeline and now CCWD has been forced to issue a boil water notice to customers.Brice Station Road and Three Mile Drive customers off Hwy 4, are currently under the BOIL
WATER order. It isn't known how long it will last.
