Damande Romel Carter, 22 of Burson, was arrested on September 30, 2012 by Calaveras Sheriff's deputies at Daphne and Paloma Street in Valley Springs for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony, and Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Carter also had 2 felony Violations of Parole on outstanding local warrants. He was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
