UPDATE: At 8:30 PM CHP was called back to the scene due to a collision. They notified the Sheriff's Office of the need for sand.
At 6:45 PM CHP received a report of a Mustang stuck in the ice on Rawhide and Comanche in Arnold.
Apparently County Roads will not respond to a request of sand on the road. The Mustang is half on and off the road about half way up. CHP is enroute.
