Suddenly, after the election, Los Angeles Mayor Villaigaroisa suddenly says that over half of the LA deficit has disappeared; that instantly the economy improved and the financial outlook has improved.
This, after the taxpayers, all 16 % of them, refused to pass a sales tax increase. Many are calling for an investigation, to see if the facts were intentionally held back from the voters, as we all know, too often happens.
