Troy Ellen Keeney of Mountain Ranch, passed away on March 19, 2013. She was 53.Her parents are Troy and Mary Keeney.
Her celebration of life service will be held at 11AM on Thursday May 16, 2013 at San Andreas Community Covenant Church at 261 Treat Ave in San Andreas.
A reception will follow at 520 Terrace View Ct. in San Andreas.
