On March 23, 2013 Calaveras Sheriff's Office received two very sad animal calls at exactly the same time, at 10:26 AM.
One was on Siegel St in Valley Springs, where 2 dogs have a deer cornered and injured. Then on Garner Place in Valley Springs a dog was reportedly tied up and dying in a yard.
Animal Service was dispatched in both instances.
