March 27, 2013 at around 2:30 PM a grass fire was reported in the 5000 block ofStagecoach Hill Road in Mountain Ranch.
CDF unit responded from San Andreas, Copperopolis and 3 hand crews from Vallecito, along with local fire units from Central Fire.
About 1 acre of brush was burned when wind picked up embers from an attended debris burn. Estimated damage is around $200.
The fire was completely extinguished by 5:30 PM.
