FOX News did a special this morning on the bankruptcy hearings being held today
in Sacramento about the Stockton City bankruptcy.
The reported pointed out that it was a combination of the unions and the City Council who continued to approve outlandish spending that got the into such serious trouble.
PERS has taken them to court challenging their inability to pay their charges.
