Russ Allan Bond, Sr. (58) of Hathaway Pines, was arrested on March 2, 2013 at his residence
for allegedly being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, and Possesion of a Stolen Vehicle or vessel, a felony in addition to an outstanding local warrant.
Calaveras Sheriff's deputies booked Bond into the Calaveras County Jail.
