The ultra-conservative Heritage Foundation is attempting to clean house after a firestorm erupted over one of their "scholors" dissertation about Hispanics.
Jason Richwine decided to resign after it was made public that he alleges Hispanics do not have "IQ parity with whites" and that Hispanic immigrants to the US will have "low-IQ children and grandchildren."
Since Richwine wrote that dissertation 4 years ago, it seems that only because of the racist writing becoming public knowledge that Heritage is parting company with him.
