Tea Party candidate Rand Paul, began campaigning for President in 2016 by mocking the Obama administration and blistering Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
He seems to know exactly what the Tea Party types like. That won't do anything for the educated or for attracting women voters, however. He has no chance, anyway, so let him rant (we mean Rand).
