As of 7:01 PM on May 3, 2013 CalFire reports that 28,000 acres have burned in the Springs Fire in Ventura County. They add that 20% is contained.
Manatory evacuations efective immediately in South Newbury Park area, South of Potrero Road from Reine road East to 930 West Poltrero Road including Hidden Valley Road South.
