5-4-13: After burning 3166 acres in the Mias Canyon and Bluff Road areas of Banning,
the Summit Fire is now 85% contained.
This fire, in Riverside County, has 633 firefighters, 57 engines, 3 helicopters, 4 dozers and 5 watertenders.
The cause of this fire is still under investigation.
