Why did City of Angels Camp not publicize loss of Financial Officer?

City Council meeting in Angels Camp on May 7, 2013:

A new auditor came to the Angels Camp City Council, who had been hired by the City Administrato as an emergency
after the City's Finance Officer, he says, stopped coming to work in October of 2012. The term "dissarray" was used.

Those of us who watch the City Council meetings regularly on television have commented on the City's lack of making the public aware of what is happening.

We've seen nothing on agendas or in discussions of all the problems that occurred when their Finance Officer simply "stopped coming to work", according to the Auditor.

There seems to be errors, lack of filing and postings. They even had to hire someone to come in and get the payroll straight due to the Finance Manager's seeming disappearance.

When we asked where she went or why she left, we got a very abrupt  have no idea from the City Clerk.

It does seem that since McHatten has come to work at the City, the openness and forthcoming of information ENDED. It has gone back to old days of SECRETS!

Jack Lynch says he is shocked to hear this now!

At least the sound is better!!!

Who believes that Lynch is shocked. He and McHaatten are buds. He knows everything. That was so phony.
