One of City Councilman Stuart Raggio's neighbors came to the Angels Camp City Council meeting on May 7, 2013.
Was this on the agenda because Raggio wants to rebuild his garage? Also Kevin Raggio, Stuart's brother, and County Coroner, came to the podium and tried to explain.
What is going on here? Are the Raggio's trying to get special favors as elected officials? It seems like that is the situation.
Apparently Kevin and Stuart both own the property jointly. Special favors should not be allowed. The City should not apprrove this.

Yeah, that's the way it works, you do favors for me and i do favors for you. its nothing to do with whats good for us.
