Animator continues to be cross-examination

July 9, 2013 Zimmerman trial:  The purpose of the animation was to show who was on top to resemble what the defense theory was, based on a 20 minute phone call with Dr. De Mayo on Saturday, after which he redid the animation.

Is that a yes that he gave you exact measurements. All of that stuff varies as just estimations. It wasn't to get so specific that you could show the positioning, only to show who was on top and who was on the bottom.

So, do you know if that is exactly the position they were in that night? Yes, according to Dr. De Mayo.

There is something about an attorney that can cross-examine in the way this prosecutor can! Amazing!

Now he is asking if he was asked to leave the gun out of the animation. He said no. Now the state is looking up his deposition statements.

The cameraman can't help but zoom in on this guy, as he is tearing apart this witness, limb from limb.  Page 27 line 4 of his deposition, he read it himself.  rday
