People have a different meaning about the word "wealthy". For many years, people who had a million dollars or were worth that were considered wealthy.
Now many say it is over $100 million. Then there are others who say it's making more money a year than your brother-in-law.
Still there are those who say it means not having to work, or having strong relationships with family and friends.
