We saw Supervisor Callaway secretly wink at Supervisor Wright while Supervisor Edson was trying to make a point about the consultant that is supposed to be working on circulation in the County for the General Plan.
This is such a sign of the corruption that goes on at the Supervisor level. Edson was right, not only about the consultant (which Wright defended), but about the County keeping its water in the County.
And they wonder why the public loses faith in the elected officials; gets sick to their stomachs about the corruption and back room deals. This is why!!

What's the point of a circulation element? Nothing is going to change in the next 20 years when it comes to roads in Calaveras County. One thing may happen, BANKRUPTCY!
