July 11, 2013 Zimmerman trial: The defense has requested for the judge to state in the instructions that it is "not illegal to follow someone" and the judge ruled "No".
He continued to argue and really made the judge angry. She stated that the defense continues to argue with my rulings after I have ruled and that is improper conduct.
The head attorney did not show up this morning. Mr. West said he thinks he is writing his closing argument, but he isn't sure.
