We hear that Assemblyman Frank Bigelow is ecstatic after hearing that the Wiyott Tibe is going to build an off-reservation casino along Hwy 99 in Madera County, Bigelow's home territory.
It had been planned as a NASCAR track. The Wiyot Tribe has agreed not to build on environmentally sensitive land in Humboldt County in exchange for a share of the North Fork revenue in Madera County.
