According to CHP on April 28, 2014 at around 6:05 PM, Sean Danniel Martin (21) of Arnold
was driving in a 2000 Ford Explorer northbound on Manuel Road just south of Bullwacker Run at approximately 25-30 MPH.
Martin was allegedly driving impaired and attempted to make a right (east) turn onto Bullwacker Run from northbound Manuel Road.
Due to Martin's alleged impairment, he was unable to negotiate the turn and continued straight. Consequently his Ford collided with a dirt embankment.
Martin was transported to Mark Twain Hospital for his injuries and subsequently arrested for allegedly Driving Under the Influence by CHP.
