UPDATE: We received an anonymous comment that this didn't happen the way it looks on the Sheriff's logs. No other details were given.On June 30, 2015, during the 100 degree heat, a white Subaru with a green canoe on top was reported in Murphys with a dog inside and the windows only down an inch.
Sadly, the Sheriff took no report.
