Calaveras County Water District has raised their base prices dramatically, which angered nearly all of their ratepayers; then they clamped down on water usage to 2 days a week, and only before 9 AM and after 7 PM.
Rich people with pools are NOT banned from refilling and refilling their pools, you don't see brown lawns there, and they are only required to save a total of 16%. What is going on??
Why is it that in the LA area, they are allowed to water three days a week, with OUR water from northern California? Now CCWD is complaining that they are losing revenue due to the drought?
Something is not right here!!
