Who is making the political decisions for Calaveras County in the Butte Fire?? People on Hwy 4 above Forest Meadows and on Murphys Grade Road were rousted out of bed by men calling themselves Stockton Police, but Murphys and Forest Meadows were not even put on evacuation orders.
Also, people are asking why residents on Hwy 4 are forcibly evacuated while the Butte Fire in in Mountain Ranch and Fricot City, but not any of the back streets closer to the fire lines. We will be asking whose questions today. And this has become very political in nature.
