According to the Calaveras Sheriff's Office, Michael Thomas Acosta (49) of Arnold on Shady Circle around 4 PM.
Acosta was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Vandalism over $400, a felony.
Strange, with deputy Kyle Johnson in charge, we are aware of vandalism valued at over $12,000 and Johnson thought it was just fine, no charges at all. Is this corruption or what???
