UPDATE: The cause of this fire was located and extinguished without having to evacuate.
UPDATE at 6:45 AM They are now talking about evacuation of the hospital. The Tuolumne County Sheriff has been notified.
The fire seems to be in one of the mechanical units near the emergency room.

September 25, 2015 at 6:30 AM: Fire personnel are en route to a report of black smoke at Sonora Regional Medical Center.
The smoke is coming from a vent near the Emergency Room (Hospital IC). An engine unit has arrived and is investigating.
