September 12, 2015 at 12:45 AM: The Butte Fire: CHP has pulled back from Mountain Ranch Road and Sheep Ranch Road due to the area being engulfed in flames.
Since Rite of Passage says they deserve a bulldozer more than Sheep Ranch, apparently they are letting Sheep Ranch burn.
Hwy 26 at Deardorff in West Point and Hwy 26 to the Amador County line is also now closed.
