We are aware that when Clay Hawkins was appointed to run the Office of Emergency Services, it was by Resolution of the Calaveras Board of Supervisors. Also in Amador
County, the OES office head was by Resolution.
When was Edson approved as the OES head in Calaveras? And when he dumped it, when was Sheriff Kuntz approved? What resolution? We cannot find any record of the vote in Calaveras County. No wonder we were so screwed up and people could not get help.
